Why the wait?

With our range of designs, it is not feasible for us to have every product in stock ready to ship. We do try and have some stock of more popular designs but they sell out quickly. 

We make each order specifically when it comes in. 

Each order is hand made, here in Brisbane , the wood is cut with a jigsaw, no laser cutting is done. It is hand painted and the resin applied and cured and applied again. This process takes a while as the curing is weather dependant and on average 36-48 per pour is needed. 

We also can only make so many at one time and as a result we have a queue of orders  and as a result a waiting time of 4-7 weeks (this changes all the time and current lead times are on the front page of the website). With custom orders, we often provide updates to clients so they are informed as to the status of their order. 

Once cured, the back is cleaned up and hanging wire is placed on it and the front is given a polish. It is then packed and shipped off. 

The result is an end product that was not rushed out the door with corners being cut.
