Mampara uses Australia Post as its carriers. All shipments are sent either via standard post or Express Post and clients are provided with their shipments tracking number.

The freight charges vary on the size of product ordered as well as the quantity ordered
Orders can be tracked via the Auspost website at http://auspost.com.au/track/
If no one is available at delivery address to sign, it will be delivered to your local post office for collection.

International Orders & Shipping
At the moment , we do not ship overseas due to the extremely high post charges and shipping delays due to covid
Points to note
The shipping charge shown when the order is submitted is subject to change.
If your order needs to be shipped in two separate boxes you will be notified via e-mail.
Mampara will not replace packages that are lost or stolen.
Mampara will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments to a non-current address. If we are not notified of an address change before the shipment of your order, refunds or replacements for a lost or stolen package will not be accepted.
